How Powerful is Affirmation to Reach Your Dreams

Dati na-uso or sumikat yung “The Secret” book na highlight ni Oprah ito noon sa kanyang episode sa show as one of her Favorite books. Maybe you have an idea or narinig mo na ito na its all about “The Law of Attraction” in reaching for your dreams be it: Financial freedom, Meeting your Future Spouse etc.

Some personal development experts say na - It can give you a powerful drive to reach for whatever your specific goal kung parati mo lang iisipin toh, or its written in a paper and even to speak loudly about it everyday.

For examples:

1.       In two years, I will invest and own a condo in a prime location with a great view of the city and the sea. – Mas powerful pa toh, kung may picture ka na magugupit from magazine, or from online at i-post either sa desktop or sa Wall mo sa bahay na parati mong nakikita.

2.       In a year’s time, I will be in Europe, specifically Eiffel Tower, Paris, France. Strolling and enjoying the view before going to enjoy an Authentic Croissant in one of the Coffee shops. –The more vivid or ma-detalye yung vision mo na mangyari, mas powerful daw!

I have tried this technique before, I have fantasized years ago to own a business or a company,
and nakaka-goosebumps, as exactly the timeframe I have set it, ngayon ay nangyari nga!

At marami pang real life examples  ako, na nakakagulat na grabe totoo pala talaga, it can happen once you are specific with your goal and that you always pray and think about it!

You can make a Dream Board with the list of your dreams and photos you can either find from
the magazines or online! Like itong bagong collage na nasa Desktop ko:

 

And Mas powerful pa nga try mo mas ma-fastrack or ma-accelerate mo your dreams, if you are going to record a video of yourself affirming, or sinasabi loudly na you are claiming na:  (your dream). Or find a video or you can actually create a short movie of your own, already enjoying your dream.

Remember, that subconscious is very powerful, more powerful than your conscious mind! So whatever you think about especially positive things about yourself and in the future, your subconscious will always make away to manifest it outwardly or in real life! (nosebleed!) hehe
