Time: You Got a Choice To Squander or Be Productive

Time is the most precious thing on earth than money or any material thing. Once you've lost it, you can never get it back.

You've got a choice to squander by playing candy crush? or spend quality time with your wife or husband?

You've got a choice to waste half a day staring at facebook? or spend nourishing your mind with a quality and helpful book?

You've got a choice. You are the master of your self and your actions and decisions. You are maybe losing precious time learning about starting up a business, but instead you are doing something you know will not help you or anyone.

Why are there more successful people who achieves great things? When we all have 24 hours time in a day. A Millionaire, a beggar, and a regular employee have been given equal TIME to spend in a day.

It's all a matter of how we make use of our time.

At the end of the day or when inevitable happens and God forbid we are on our deathbeds, we are going to ask yourselves if:

1. We had the courage to live a life true to ourselves and not the life others expected on us.
2. We had not worked so hard, and had more time being happy and loving what we do.
3. We had the courage to express our feelings.
4. We had spent quality time with our family and friends.
5. We had let ourselves be happier.

Get Enriching Thoughts from Robert Kiyosaki

Paano ka yayaman at be financially independent if those are the thoughts in your head?

But the truth is Robert Kiyosaki states that Money is just an idea. Whatever your ideas about money then that is going to be your reality.

Many people who are getting rich and even richer are generous people. They give more to get richer.

And that even if you are doing back- breaking workloads like a carabao, if you wanna be "Truly" rich, you need to learn NOT to work for money, but have money work hard for you!

We cannnot bet in our Financial future, but we got to increase financial literacy. Get the basic covered. Get protection or insurance.

Then you may get investments such as Rental Properties, Stocks in the Stock market, Business and so on.

Final thought, it is your responsibility to increase "Financial Literacy", or if not it will be risky to start on any investments.

Talk and learn from credible mentors, read books, listen to audio programs and search the internet.

Answers are everywhere!

But first and foremost, Do Pray!

Click Below to get enriching thoughts from Robery Kiyosaki at the audio that follows.

You Don't Deserve Fear and Anxiety

Matthew 8:26 (NIV) He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

Those who are with the Lord, if your confidence is with Him, no matter what is the current situation: oppression, struggles and problems. Just cast all your burdens upon Him! And He will give you rest.

I was already in the verge of giving up and have had last penny in my pocket. But I trusted the Lord and when it was time to give tithe to the Lord, though it pains me to give almost all of my money but I acknowledge His will to provide dahil alam ko hindi niya ako pababayaan. And He never does since then, this almost tears me up to realize na tama nga, kung ang mga ibon at mga damo ay hindi niya pinapabayaan lalo pa na ako na kanyang anak at kawangis, kakalimutan Niya.

May dumarating na pagkakataon o tao to provide for what I need.

Malachi 3:10 (NIV) Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

He says, Test me in this! How great is the Lord to give this promise!

Remember, if we are worrying and anxious of anything that's bothering us, be it how to pay our bills or creditors, or if we'll get that job or if we will be able to get the Visa abroad. Trust him and pray that if it's divinely given to us then it will be. Maybe God is still testing our character to deepen our faith in Him, to be patient and be more prayerful and his answers are just right around the corner.

He is more excited to give us all that we need, and to have abundantly! And not lacking and in want.

He promised to open the floodgates of heaven and have blessings na umaapaw we couldn't contain!

When you have peace in your heart, alam mo na si Lord na ang bahala. We have a bigger God than you think!

Just Trust. Because "This too shall pass..."

Do You Do Financial Forecasting Or Financial Planning?

It is very easy to do what many motivational speakers and books suggest. To simply declare the amount how much you want a year, 5 years or 10 years from now!

Madali ang magsulat sa papel, tiklupin at itago sa ilalim ng unan mo and wish this happen soon. This is a good start, dapat talaga we are clear kung ano ang gusto natin, isulat ng detalyado at ipag-pray.

What we focus on grows. Pero gusto mo bang mapadali? For example gusto mo ng 1 million in one year, that's 12 months a bit short of time, pero posible ba? Oo! Lalo kung meron kang detalyado na plano to actually achieve this.

1. Mag bu-buy & sell ka ba as extra income other than your monthly salary from work?
2. I-invest mo ba ang naipon mong pera sa isang investment vehicle like stock market or mutual fund?
3. May golden idea ka ba na i start na business na would grow in a year's time?

Kesa suntok sa buwan at unsure kung mangyayari ito why don't you set up a plan on how to actually get there?

Financial Planning saves you a lot of time and trouble kesa Blind Forecasting!

Dahil you would be frustrated kapag hindi rin realistic at hindi natupad, so you check your financial position now, baka andami mo namang loan na binabayaran sa ngayon. O kaka-graduate mo lang.

Have a laid- out tracks like this railroad facing you on to your future of getting your goal into reality.

Check your budget how much money is coming in and how much money is getting out.

Are you saving for the future?

Look at the horizon but have realistic step by step action in attaining it.

You'd be very proud of yourself once you started even smaller at first!

I can help you come up with a successful financial plan to reach your goals faster! By Saving into your future, but more than that we can manage risks also by protecting your hard-earned income.

Amazing Trick: Let Go and Let God

I haven't been in a nice long vacation for almost a year because of working too hard.

Although I love what I'm doing, merong times na when I just kept on pushing myself for results pero iniintay pa na something would really materialize, pero bakit parang ang tagal.

Nangyayari din ba sayo ang ganito?

Then I happened to read a book from Brian Tracy about after few months of trying too hard and being stressed, to try something different and just not think about work and instead go for vacation.

Kelangan daw ma-replenish ang ating energy and let our powerful mind to rest and meditate while enjoying nature, sceneries and a different kind of experience to make it work again by YOU just realizing the answer to your problems. It's called Superconscious.

All what we do in action, actual words na sinasabi, when we eat, and we've got impulse to move are all in a Conscious state according to the book. But then it's only 2% accurate and fast!

Subconscious is our inner mind that it's 98% faster and more powerful... Comprises of the real meaning of the actual words we say. Our thoughts travelling and multi-task and think as faster than our conscious words and actions.

But Superconscious is our being God-like in thinking and getting divinely answered from no matter how complicated we perceive our problems are. It is 200% More accurate!

Kasama na din ang mga times na meron tayong "bright idea" at may naisip tayong insight at parang di tayo makatulog, then its the Superconscious working. Ang daming beses na nangyayari sa akin ito and I or we should take advantage of this. Get a paper and pen, and write down everything that you think and is in your mind. They are the answers to your problems.

It's how Albert Einstein thought and came up with great inventions.

It's how a car and an airplane were thought of and built by powerful human minds like the Wright Bros., Alexander Graham Bell and more!

At the same time when we detach our mind and physical body from our day to day stress and pray to God na siya na ang bahala. Miracles do come.

And how our glorious answers and surprises come exactly at the perfect timing.

Do you also experience that?

I was stressing to complete my goal and looked impossible. I kept on pushing, going out of my way and my comfort zone. Swallowing my pride, fear and taking risks... And still nothing or madami pang delay or pending. Wala pang nag ma-materialize!

And then, sakto naman a group of friends of mine organized a mini-holiday for three days. So I prayed and let go of my problems and let God.

I had fun and completely escaped for three days.

Hiking

Discovering Rock formations

Swimming

Shopping Souvenirs

And then the unthinkable happened. Exactly when we were about to finish the holiday.

I received multiple great news.

That indeed I'd conquered and be victorious by Letting Go and Letting God. Super galing.

God wants us to put our best effort in achieving our dreams for our prosperity and fulfillment.

Pero kapag may mga times, na parang walang nangyayari, No, there is something happening..

Just PAUSE. Let go for awhile and Let God.

Just Continue to Plant. Plant. and Plant.

He works in wonders at the seeds and growing roots in our businesses, investments and in our bosses or client's hearts. Because what we put out we get back in.

We Harvest. It's a season. And it's amazing that when we harvest, siksik, liglig at umaapaw tulad ng fish na nakuha nila Peter. The disciples were out to fish at buong gabi na walang nakuha, but then in the dawn, they rested, and Jesus came and said to lower the nets once again and instead move the nets to the right side, and then they were surprised to get more fish the nets were about to break.

Believe. Answers are within you.
Act on it quickly. Let Go and Let God.

John 21: 6  New International Version (©2011)
He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Passion Isn't Everything.. Your WHY Drives You!

There have been many talks and motivational topics revolving around Passion. Ang pagiging Mapusok, o Nag-aalab na Damdamin about something or someone.

Pero hindi pala ito sapat. I have been wanting something so bad that I know deep inside I have a Passion, but I realize there is still something holding me back to really drive me forward to take action.

I realize Passion is solely an Energy. It is the fuel. Hindi sapat na puro o solid na damdamin lamang upang makamit ang goal, be it: financial freedom, meet your true love, launching a business etc.

We need to step on the accelerator to actually drive forward to move towards our goal!

And I believe what's missing in most of us is the:
WHY? Accelerator factor.

We must have a Strong why.

Why we want a goal so badly.

Why we dream so big.

Why we think and do things as it is.

Bakit nga ba?

As if there's a ball coming from somewhere hit me so hard in the face. I have come to realize why as if there's still holding me back.

My Why was so compelling, it has turned my thinking and deep thoughts and quickly put it in action.

Why I do what I have to do - my mission is to help Filipinos increase their financial literacy, and learn to save and invest for the future. And to be financially free and launch more businesses left and right so I can be an inspiration and in turn help more those in need. Do more of ministry and mission works for the poor and in need.

But when I become so hesitant, and my FEAR is so big in my heart. Or when I feel pride and ego that this paralyzes me into action?

I imagine and think that beside me, sitting or standing with me are my grandchildren... Not even my own children but my grandchildren, looking at me longingly, and as if they're thinking. How big is your why, your Love to Save us? in the Future? from Poverty?

This propelled me to step into the accelerator of the engine and uses my Fuel: Passion, to not think of anything else, not my pride, my ego or if people judge me but think of my future generation, my grandchildren's future depends on me on the now how I would act accordingly.

And I think of God's Word in Luke 14:27
New International Version
And anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple.

It's not about me anymore...

But How I carry the cross and go out and speak in love for my mission, for God's work to be his disciple.

Ano Ang Iyong "Jar of Oil"?

2 Kings 4 (NLV)

Elisha and the Jar of Oil

Now the wife of the son of one of the men who tell what will happen in the future cried out to Elisha, “Your servant, my husband, is dead. You know that your servant honored the Lord with fear. But the man to whom he owed money has come to take my two children to make them serve him.” Elisha said to her, “What can I do for you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your woman servant has nothing in the house except a jar of oil.” Then he said, “Go around and get jars from all your neighbors. Get empty jars, many of them. Then go in and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour the oil into all these jars, and set aside each one that is full.” So she went from him and shut the door behind her and her sons. They took the jars to her, and she poured. When the jars were full, she said to her son, “Bring me another jar.” And he said to her, “There is not one jar left.” Then the oil stopped flowing. She came and told the man of God. And he said, “Go and sell the oil and pay what you owe. You and your sons can live on the rest.”

Ano ang iyong Jar of Oil?

Sobrang Nakaka-touch ang message sa Bible verse na ito for those who have been asking and praying to God for a blessing in their business and work. Mahal tayo ni Lord and he would be delighted in our prosperity.

First and foremost, hinihingi sa atin ni Lord kung ano ang meron sa atin ngayon.

That is the Jar of Oil.

That could be a special skill you have which is your strength and talent.

Maaari ito ay kasalukuyang trabaho mo na as a Driver, Call center agent, Teacher o I.T. Specialist.

Kung ano ang meron tayo sa kasalukuyan, iyon ang hinihiling na sa atin ni Lord na gamitin to make money.

The verse has been an old testament teaching of entrepreneurship and business.

When the jars were full, she said to her son, “Bring me another jar.” And he said to her, “There is not one jar left.” Then the oil stopped flowing.

  • P10,000 a month?
  • P100,000 a month?
  • P500,000 a month?
  • P1M a month?

Kahit sino ka man, saan ka man galing, gender, status, pinag-aralan o kakayahan.

Walang limitasyon si Lord sa kung papaano niya tayo ibe-bless in terms of income or monetary rewards.

Dahil kahit we are overflowing of blessings already, the Lord is excited to bless us more, He asks us to Bring Him another Jar.

What can you use that you already have in yourself?
  • Talent in Singing?
    • Go and sing to the world! And be wealthy with that!
  • Gift of Teaching?
    • Go and offer to train! And be of service to others while earning!
  • Gift of Listening?
    • Go and be a counselor, teach others to be a good listener!
  • Green thumb?
    • Go and plant and harvest!
  • Makalikot and invents things?
    • Go and make jewelries, or toys and sell them!
7 ...And he said, “Go and sell the oil and pay what you owe. You and your sons can live on the rest.”

There is holiness in selling and earning money as long as we set our mind to it. We are permitted by our God. It is a service to our sons and family.

5 Levels In A Business Ladder

Lahat tayo nagsisimula bilang Employee o trabahador, sa isang kompanya. Maaaring ikaw ay isang I.T, a Saleslady, Engineer o Call center agent.

Talagang dapat magsimula at the bottom, and take it all as an apprentice-ship to level up! Hindi naman maaaring mag-umpisa bilang Manager - Level 2 kaagad, o Investor - Level 4 agad nang hindi nasusubukan how to be an employee. Very dangerous pag mabilisang level jump!

Kaya if you are an employee now, learn as much as you can! Kung bibigyan ng extra load sa trabaho, take it as an opportunity as a practice.

Noong ako ay isang employee as a Call center agent. I showed them a good performance, and an interest in helping the training department, and afterwards I was given a chance to train new employees. What a great experience and getting out of my comfort zone.

Then in the other company, after learning everything first hand, and becomes a senior sales consultant. I was already been given extra loads as a supervisor, kahit hindi pa man ako promoted. Ok lang yun! I was being apprentice for the next level.

Tinanggap ko ang challenges and gave it all my best hanggang sa na-promote ako as a Supervisor. Then while I was a Supervisor, hindi pa man ako manager, I was already doing the tasks of a manager! Ganun talaga.

Then came the time when I took all the learnings and experience in, and resigned so from Level 0- as an Employee, I decided to jump to become on Level 1- as a Self employed. That is being on your own business pero ikaw pa rin ang nagbabantay and doing everything sa cash register, sa customer service, sa paggawa being an employee on your business, doing accounting etc. Making sure kumikita ang negosyo.

Then kapag gamay mo na ang trabaho, alam mo na ins and outs, pagbaliktarin man, alam mo ang maayos na trabaho at hindi, pwede ka nang mag- hire ng iba at delegate the work needed. Then you can become a Manager - Level 2. Dito nag oobserve ka sa mga nagta -trabaho, and you look at the bigger picture, do training, more promotions for the business and coming up with how to grow the business.

Sunod, ang pagiging Owner - Level 3. You hire a Manager delegating managerial taks for the Business. So, you can think about the next step, is it to Branch out or to open another one type of business.

Stocks and shares at mas pinapalago pa ang business income. Ibenta ang negosyo for a bigger rate.

Ang Level 5- Entrepreneur ay bumibili ng successful businesses for a bigger profit. Meron siyang group of companies and passive incomes left and right.

Takes not just a hint of patience but way too much patience at lakas ng loob depende sa hunger or desire mo to achieve your goal para yumaman, not just for yourself and family, and also to help and love other through your wealth.

Hebrews 12:11 NIV No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Protect the Money-Machine That Is You

Syempre! Ibig sabihin, kung alam mo na bukas ay dadapuan ka ng Terminal illness like cancer, o masagasaan and will cause disability. Po-protektahan mo ba muna ang sarili mo by getting insured? Syempre!

Alam naman natin ang lifestyle ngayon, fastfood everywhere, preservatives even on your fruits and veggies.

Kung iipunin lamang sa Time deposit o sa banko, hindi mo mararating ang goal mo to send your child in a university like this, but in a Mutual fund or stocks growing your money from 15- 30%!

Tama?

Kaya mo makuha ang lahat ng ito! Posible yan, first through budgeting and saving a part of your income now. Ngayon na dapat!

If you need financial planning, nag-aral ako at licensed to help you on your needs.

Gaano mo kamahal ang sarili mo?

Gaano mo kamahal ang anak mo?

Huwag ipagpaliban. This is a priority.

1 Timothy 5:8

Starting A Business: Daig ng Maagap ang Masikap

Parang kahapon lang noong nag-open ako ng business, taking all the risks. Given up a steady income that comes from a salaried job, I risked all my savings for a ultimate goal I have wanted in the first place why I wanted to go abroad for work. To Start a New Business.

It has never been all ups! Maraming times, I would feel discouraged. Sobrang tipid ako sa sarili ko in terms of giving up shopping, or spending on gadgets or whatever.

Good Rule of Thumb: Don't leave a steady salaried- job straight away in getting into business!

Start muna nang paunti -unti. Get an online business on the side, or have a rental properts that earns, before starting a full-blown traditional business like a restaurant, salon or shop.

Na-advise na ako ng isa kong business mentor, that he has been there and that as a new entrepreneur starting your own business, you shouldn't get your personal expenses from the new business. So nagtiis na lang ako and everyday prays that God brings in customers or clients in my door. It has pushed me beyond limits you wouldn't imagine in times when I was starting na I value as little penny as possible dahil sa mga bills na dapat kong bayaran.

Another Fact in Starting a New Business: According to statistics, only 1 out of 10 of new business stays afloat after 5 years, the rest folds up.

God is so merciful. God's has given me grace to stay afloat for a few months and provided on my needs for myself and to pay for the expenses of the business miraculously! I believe God works in the background and helps me along the way so I survive the first 5 years!

I tried to use all my learnings from the books I read, the seminars and workshops I attended, and the experience as a supervisor on a shop before when I was still in Dubai. Pero may mga times na, I as much as I wouldn't want to fail, problems and issues arise and hit me in the face. Still, Experience pa rin ang the Best Learning!

AIM! FIRE!

Dahil planning is a very important aspect, but EXECUTION is everything! Kung uunahin ang READY, AIM... maaaring you will be stuck in READY.. AIM.. READY.. AIM.

Kaya READY, FIRE (Act kagad!) then AIM (or correct or tweak) along the way.

I still haven't reached the income target my business generates, but nararamdaman ko na it trickles unti- unti bubuhos na ang blessings because of continued persistence and hardwork plus prayers.

I thank God for the business mentors I met, for my business partners who trust in me, and for the amazing harvest that is soon to come.

May mga nagtatanong sa akin that they want to open a new business and asks for advice. And I would advise you as from my experience, and the statistics. It's not easy, be ready for failure. But every failure is a Gold mine to be used as a great learning experience.

Parang sa pag-aaral ng pagpapatakbo ng bike.

Parang noong baby ka pa, learning to walk by yourself.

Sa umpisa lang iyon, but you will master it soon, dahil all skills are learnable. You will also master your business. If you fail, try and start again. Recover, and try again.

Start while you're young. Dream Big. Act Fast.

I have started my first business when I was Grade 5 in school, nagpapa-renta ako ng comics at pocketbooks. I remember so well, of course it failed.

Then in an online, from ebay, buy and sell. Short-lived 6 months.

Bo Sanchez is known for his success in his businesses left and right. But he is proud to say to have failed 8 businesses first. And he learned tremendously from it.

Accept that you might FAIL.

Getting into Business is the riskiest of all. But a successful and growing business can make you a millionaire. Even a Billionaire. Marami tayong kakilala that just started small, and grew little by little into big businesses.

But your developed courage, character and wisdom from the journey in becoming what you really want and to achieve Financial Freedom, then that's priceless.

I mean, look at your destination as one single goal. But realize that you may actually take other ways or trips into getting there.

I pray for your Financial freedom. To Better take care of your family and loved ones. Or maybe to serve your Bigger Family (church, community, orphans, or the world).

James 1:12 Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.
